Mr. Boyce is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.  He is accredited by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and licensed to practice in the state of Florida.  Mr. Boyce has fourteen years experience in the Pinellas County School District, holding positions as a speech-language pathologist, exceptional education specialist, and educational diagnostician.  The evaluation and treatment of those who stutter remains a singular passion.
